Dahlonega Gold Museum
The Dahlonega Gold Museum was built in 1836, and was originally the Lumpkin County Courthouse. It's location at the center of the town square in Dahlonega, Georgia, makes it one of the most visited tourist destinations in the state.

Designated a Georgia Historic site, it remains one of the oldest continually used buildings in the country and is a beautiful example of the architecture of the period.
